Arrival and Departure

On arri­val day your room will be rea­dy for you after 3.00 pm – but you can of cour­se arri­ve ear­lier and depo­sit your bag­ga­ge at the hotel. If you arri­ve after 10.00 pm plea­se let us know. On your depar­tu­re day plea­se vaca­te your room by 11.00 am. You can store your bag­ga­ge in the hotel on depar­tu­re day if you wish.

Non-smoking rooms

All of our rooms are non-smo­king. Our bal­co­ny rooms are avail­ab­le for smo­kers, plea­se con­si­der when boo­king. The­re is a hea­ted smo­king area on our ter­race.


Good living also means, for examp­le, that the vehi­cle is par­ked safe­ly. The Bömers has its own, dis­creet car par­king spaces. They are loca­ted direct­ly at the hotel and are of cour­se free of char­ge for our guests! The same app­lies to two-whee­lers, with or without an engi­ne: the Bömers also inclu­des a secu­re bike or motor­cy­cle gara­ge.

Up to 6 weeks befo­re arri­val, room can­cel­la­ti­ons are free of char­ge. In the event of short-term can­cel­la­ti­ons, we reser­ve the right to char­ge can­cel­la­ti­on cos­ts in accordance with the gene­ral DEHOGA regu­la­ti­ons:

  • Up to 4 weeks befo­re arri­val: 10% of the accom­mo­da­ti­on cos­ts
  • Up to 2 weeks befo­re arri­val: 30% of the accom­mo­da­ti­on cos­ts
